- Led Lisk's entry into LATAM via partnerships with Crecimiento Argentina, Rayuela startup program, and Edge City
- Produced EFDevcon Buenos Aires side event: 508 attendees, startup pitch day — 5 of 10 startups advanced to CV Labs incubation
- Created storytelling content showcasing real founder journeys to position Lisk as the leading L2 in emerging markets
- Hosted hackathons and buildathons with 100+ project submissions and organized demo days with 50+ attendees
